Help

  • Do not force the cable, make sure it is properly pushed into the charge point
  • Tap your badge on the charge point
  • If the cable doesn’t release from the charge point, ensure your vehicle is unlocked and disconnect the cable from the vehicle first
  • If it still doesn’t release, call customer service on 0203 056 8989.
Please note that if you are unable to disconnect your cable from the charge point, you must contact the Customer Relation Centre (0203 056 8989) and remain next to the charge point until further instructions are provided. Source London is not liable or responsible for any damages or losses if you leave the charge point without following the instructions provided by the Customer Relation Centre.

Please contact us immediately on 0203 056 8989 as this may represent a danger. Please do not attempt to use or touch the charge point if you see any damage. Please identify the affected charge point by giving us the location and/or the charge point ID number, which can be found at the back of the charge point. The ID number usually starts by 986 followed by 000 and a further 4 digits, for example: 9860001234.

Charge points are designed so that power will only go through the cable if it is connected at both ends. We do not consider that there is more risk when using the charge points while it is raining.
